Not sure if this can help, but I had my pacemaker implant on september of 2010, after that I noticed that I got dizzy after driving, most of the time I have the spell when I get out of the car and last for last them a minute. I went to the doctor and she said I have sinus, I am with a sinus specialyst and medicine is not realy help me, he said I have meniers desease, which is somenthing on the iiner ear. I am not convinced, about it, but I am not stoping until I found a logical sause for it. Is just wen I drive, something feel like everthing goes to fast inside my head.

I have been having the same problem. I got my ICD back in November of 2010. It seems when I get out of the car, not matter a short or long drive, I get dizzy for less than a minute, too. I asked my nurse practitioner about it and she said blood flow to my legs is causing that. And since my blood flow in and out of my heart is not 100%, I'm thinking that's what it is. I have very, very low BP, some due to I always have and some due to medication. I would ask my heart doctor about this, if I were you. I was also experiencing this before I got my ICD, and I just figured that I had low blood pressure then and that is what caused it. Hope this helped.

Meniere's disease could have something to do with your problem. It's a condition of the inner ear, as they told you; but what it affects is your sense of balance. It's also involved in motion sickness which is usually caused by the fluid in your inner ear getting "sloshed around" too much. So there might be a connection with driving...
