I'm new too!

Hey Robbg2: I have been reading this for a few days now, and finally joined as well. I have found reading some of the comments on here very encouraging as I am having a hard time adjusting to the PM itself, the soreness in my shoulder and arm, as well as getting over the accident I had. It sounds like a lot of positive information, friendship in others that have experienced the same issues, and I find that comforting, because I speak to family and friends about what I am going through, and they just do not understand. Let's hear from you, what's your story?

Hello Robbg2

Welcome to our little group. Post away my friend. Vent, ask questions, or anything.

On a serious note there are many people in here with vast experience who will be able to give you lots of information, both techincal, and of their experiences. Just ask away and as walkerd says vent away whenever you wish. We've all had out moans and tantrums in here and we've laughed and cried, and there are always people who you will find that you gel with and can talk to on a more personal level.

And.........then there's me. I'm as nutty as a fruit cake! lol

It's quite OK

Welcome to our "little" community. It's perfectly OK to say hello. You'll find that as long you respect others and keep your laguage and statements within civilized norms, there are very few rules here. In fact, I think it's a great idea that you've had of introducing yourself to the group.
Feel free to post whenever you have a question or a fact or idea which you think might be of interest to the group, or just if you're feeling low and feel you need encouragement. Share your experience and knowledge when you feel it is appropriate.
You will find friends here.
