Power Plate/Vibration Platform

I am 2 and 1/2 weeks after Pacemaker implant and wondering if I can ever use the machine again even if I keep the wobbling low?
..
Would appreciate if anyone knows if this is o.k. to do or would the wobbling dislodge a wire or whatever :)
..
I had never thought about maybe the Beta Blockers were keeping an extra stone in weight on me
as I eat the same and always exercised a bit but put the stone on as the year on the Betas progressed darn it.
All the best

As far as damaging the leads, once they are settled in the vibration shouldn't be any problem. The only issue you might consider is whether your pacer has Rate Response turned on. If so it will interpret the vibs as your being active and increase your HR.

I hit this problem early on until I got RR turned off. I was using an electric jack hammer in our yard to get through some heavy clay. Every time I started the machine the shacking of my arms put me to the upper limit in just a few seconds.

Thank you ElectricFrank :) Lovely to see a reply.
Good to hear about the leads being so secure.

I will just wobble on very gentle to try, just for circulation
and see how it goes. A Jack Hammer would have a real
pressure to it so I see what you mean.
