All those cell = phone towers

I asked the management of the shopping complex how much electro-magnetic energy was being generated by the six antennas. They did not know. PMs and this type of energy are not good friends.

Newer pm's are well shielded and it's very rare to be affected by much of anything you'd encounter at home or out and about. We generally have to be less than 6" from something for it to cause a problem. We shouldn't tour a power plant or arc weld. In nearly 20 yrs of being paced those are the only things I've run into that we need to avoid.

PM Interference

I agree totally with Tracey. You can even tour a power plant if you use a little caution. At least I did a couple of years ago and was within about 25' of a 750 MW generator and I had no problem.

My guideline is to watch for a very irregular heart beat. If you get one you will know if it happens as it is unlike any other irregular heart beat you have ever had. Not painful but just so sudden. If it happens step a couple of feet away from the source of the interference and everything returns to normal in a few seconds and no harm will have been done to you or the PM.

Another word about cell phone towers. Unless you climb one to within a couple of feet of the antennas they are not going to bother your PM.

You stole my line about climbing the tower & hugging the output ports on the antenna.
