Kettlebells

Since my CRTD procedure and before, Kettlebells have been my workout. If you have a qualifiey instructor close and want a body blast, try it. You get arobic and anarobic all in one, and in a quarter of the time. This is very intense and you must go to good classes or you WILL hurt yourself. If done properly it is the best. You will be in the best shape of your life even with heart problems and the device. See your Doc first. I have AFIB and heart failure, and since the CRTD my quality of life has improved so much. At present all I know is that resting is set to 60 and wrking out is maxed at 140, and I can hang pretty good with the young pups.
