postop 3 weeks

Just a few ?? I had PM after ablation unexpectedly. In hosptial 5 days then home for 2 then back in with CHF. I am 50 and no heart hx. Had a few episodes of SVT and enc to have ablation. My ??? 1- my arm gets stiff easily and slightly swollen when i wake up. is this nl? When can u normally drive again? they said ? at 4 weeks. My Pm is set 60-110 and when i hit 105's and up i am sob and dizzy. Will this go away? On Bblocker to bring pulse down, works ^ok. Will i get used to the beating when i lay down? I feel a weird beat when i go to rest and it takes awhile for me to relax and go to sleep. Thanks..

thanks. The frozen shoulder seems right. i tend to sitl/lay with arm in certain spot.
I think its just hard since i had CHF post PM and i still dont have energy or wind yet. The discharge book gave me info on the normal PM discharge. So what about when my HR goes to 105? should i be getting sob? thanks.

doc increased my metoprolol to slow my HR down so i wont get as SOB and still the CHF is still not resolved yet.
