Pacemaker..good for a laugh!

It isn't often that plays feature characters with pacemakers.

I went to a theatre in London at the weekend and saw a show
" One man, Two Guvnors" which is an adaptation of an 18th century Italian comedy " A Secret of Two Masters".

One of the lead characters is an ancient doddery old waiter who has a pacemaker fitted. An interesting feature of his PM is that he has a dial on his chest with settings from 1 to 9. . When he is required to serve more quickly his dial is turned up. One of the funniest comedy scenes I have ever seen is when when he is on the maximum setting.

The show is an enormous hit here and is about to go to the US .... highly recommended.

But I was thinking, I wouldn't mind a dial on the outside. Do any of you technical experts know if there are PMs that have this feature ?
