neurotic 32 yo?

I love this place, I really do for some reason this is sometimes more comforting...

So my surgery was December 2, today while I was at work, I was reaching and stretching with that side - now my chest is a little achy on the other side (does this make sense)...

My question, I didn't do a boo boo did I? I figure my time was done, went today for my "interrogation" and everything went well being used 15% of the time and go again in 3 months for next one. I just want to make sure, I am still new to all this.

sounds like you are doing just fine! yes this site is a comfort, i dont come in here as much as i used to but its good to know its always here.

Dont think you did a booboo, if youve not been using those muscles for a while they are bound to ache.

You did not do anything wrong. I got my pacemaker back in August and when I got to feeling better I was using that side alot since I am a left handed person. I got chest pains and talked with my regular doctor and said it was just the muscles that were still healing and not to lift anything too heavy. I found that I just had to wait to do the things I had normally done to wait a little longer till the muscle is healed. Things will come around in time and it gets better. Just take it easy until then..

A properly implanted and adjusted pacemaker will not even be noticeable after you get over the surgery.
