3 year anniversary!

Hello Everyone - I have not visited or posted on the club for quite a while. May 18 was my 3 year pacemaker anniversary. Last interrogation I was still pacing 100% in the ventricle and 47% in the atrium. Most days I don't even think about it. Recently I saw a new physician. Filled out med history but did not list PM. When she examined me she saw it and asked if I had forgotten about it; I sure did! I was very fortunate to not have had any post-PM problems whatsoever. My heart goes out to those who do but remember, it will get better and your very life depends on your PM. Take care, everyone, and God bless.

I always wonder what happens to the past members who just drop out. I'm happy that you and your pacer are friends! I had an interrogation yesterday and had a very good check up! I pace 100% in the atrium and 3% in the ventricle! I'm glad I hung on to my AV node! The Dr. suggested ablating it at one time! It is always good to hear from old members!
