Wireless charging and wireless headphones

Hi,

I have an ESPRIT DR (Sorin) pacemaker which is implanted in 2009 and I want to buy the new Nokia Lumia 920 smartphone which supports wireless charging and wireless headphones. I want to know if any of these features/devices interfere with my pacemaker. I emailed both Sorin and Nokia about it. Nokia told me that they don't have any information regarding this issue and asked me to contact my pacemaker company. Sorin didn't reply back and I am still waiting :) Anyone have any info whether these features interfere with the pacemaker?

PS: I also emailed Sorin regarding another issue last year and they didn't reply that email either. The pacemaker is very good and very small but I don't get why they don't reply these customer emails.

Thank you...

I have never in almost 20 years of being fully paced found any home appliance/computer/gadget/tech toy/phone that affects my pm. Newer pms are very well shielded. When in doubt, keep it 6" from your device and ask your dr.

Wrong Email?

Are you sure your sending it to the correct email?

Pacemakers operate on a frequency known as MICS which is in the 402-405Hz range. FDA does not allow anything else to operate on this frequency other than medical devices. Your device will not interact with the wireless communication of any other portable device in the world.

HI,
Who adjusts your PM? I think that would be the person to ask. Is there a company rep?

I have a wifi android phone but not wireless head phones and charging. There's no problem with what I have.
