Reprogrammed now new symptoms

I had a new dual lead Guidant fitted in November ( previously had a single lead Medtronic ) and developed twitching. That has now been sorted but I still don't feel 100%.
Initially after having the new dual lead fitted I felt great...almost back to normal ( that was December/early Jan )...now after the tweaking to get rid of the twitching, I feel very dizzy at certain times and also feel that my heart starts racing especially after eating. My whole body appears to shake/tremble. Obviously I know from experience that It is possible to feel much better...but I am still not well...any ideas of why that might be.
My condition started 5 years ago...after rheumatic fever as a teenager. As a result I had one valve replaced and one repaired...since then I have had the AV node ablated and so I am now totally reliant upon the pacemaker. As I say, BEFORE the twitching returned, I felt brilliant with the new pacemaker...but then had to go back in to hospital to have the PM reporgrammed to get rid of said twitching.
Yesterday in a restaurant we had to leave early because I felt so unwell. Any ideas ????

Be sure and get a print out of the pre and post programming report. In fact if you can get a copy of the session where the worked on the twitching. Without these we are just guessing.

get another pacer check

You don't say exactly when the last check/adjustment was, but you may need additional fine tuning. These newer models have very complex capabilities and we as individuals vary a great deal in what works best. Be insistent and get back in.

You know you're wired when...

You need to be re-booted each morning.

I wouldn't be alive if it wasn't for pacemakers. I've had mine for 35+ years. I was fainting all of the time and had flat-lined also. I feel very blessed to live in this time of technology.
