Medic Alert Bracelet

If I ordered a bracelet what would be required to have on it besides implantable loop recorder? Any suggestions for this newbie, please?

Hi Sharon I think medic alert bracelets are a complete waste of time and money .. I believe that the outfits who market them are profiting from vulnerable people.

I once asked the question on here for people to respond to the question " I'm so glad I was wearing a medic alert bracelet because.... " I had zero response.

No doubt if you've made up your mind you will get one !

Hi! Sharon Elaine, I wear a bracelet, as I try to be independent. Therefore, anything that might! help me get appropriate care as soon as possible should I not be able to speak for myself is important to me. My bracelet simply reads 'heart patient'. On me, I carry my insurance card, device card, cardiologist info, preferred hospital, allergies and medications I take. Hopeful Heart

Mine says my name, PACEMAKER and the phone number and password for my online medical record. I prefer to use this to engraving a lot on the id because things change over time and I didn't want to be getting a new alert every time. My OMR (free for life with purchase from American Medical but I think other companies do it now, too) has my insurance info, surgery history, allergies, meds, all of my drs, emergency contact- much more than you could ever fit on a bracelet.

Thank you TraceyE

iv got PACEMAKER on the front and on the back my name and the wording ICE please see medical ID card. Like Tracey says things can change with devices so this way you dont keep having to change the braclet or necklace. I got mine from an online store very pretty stainless steel with little hearts for the chain links on the braclet engraving very clear well pleased im in the uk.
