sauna/spa/jaccuzzi

does anyone know if having a sauna/spa/jaccuzzi is ok if you have a pacemaker?
also just to let those who were intereted know how the acupuncture went, i had it done yesterday the neck pain has started to ease already suprisingly and i feel much more relaxed in general which probably helps too, slept soundly afterwards for the first time in ages. i very much recommend it.

They are all wonderful and won't mess with it at all. Even with the jets on. So enjoy!

I love the Hot Tub! I do watch that I don't become lightheaded and I watch that my heart doesn't begin to race. I have tackycardia...(never can spell that!). ughhhh so I am very aware of how I am feeling.... Mostly I feel relaxed. It is great. Good advice about talking with the doc. though.
Just be aware of how you are feeling. Then enjoy.
