I don't it yet, i repair TVs which one is best?

I get mine on April 25 2014, and i'm a retired 72 year old that is a very active guy, who wants a pacemaker that would work better for working on electronics it seems the doctors and nurses are clueless about EMF and EMI And I would become depressed if I couldn't do my TV repair work and i was told my doctor would pick the one for me just before he does it

Shoulder Sergury

by donb - 2014-04-11 04:04:08

Hello again, Looks like your shoulder Surgeon is taking precautions. I had my right shoulder (Rotator Cuff) done while having left chest pacemaker. As I'm not pacemaker dependent & having a pacemaker takes away some risk as I also had a major back surgery (Laminectomy) at that time. Because of our age now I guess most surgeons would rather get invasive with less risk. But, there's also infection risk, as I've been there, done that!!
Depending on your heart's condition it's only normal to have your pacemaker implant done first. As I've had pacemakers on both right & left chest sites but would not want both surgeries on the same side. Generally pacemaker implants are not as major as shoulder replacement. As I have not had that "yet" but from what I've learned from others on this site, shoulder replacement is not "a piece of cake". So, I'm with your Dr. on this one. And with getting your pacemaker you should also be in much better condition to weather the shoulder surgery.

Hi Don, here's what is going to be done for my left shoulder, its sort of new, and not new, they don't normally do it for anyone our age, but you're like me, I was fat for 5 years of being a bleeder from dam plavix it stopped me from working, and messed with my brain, when I was getting kidney failure from my high blood pressure drug called losartan. I got off the plavix and losartan, and found i could think again, and lost 93 pounds in about 14 months, got my arm and leg muscle mass back. And now i found my left arm just won't move very much, and is hurting all the time, i still pump iron with it every day, and since the doctor saw that, he went for giving me something he never did before, which is giving me the new glenoid, which is not FDA approved, i'm not worried much about it, their using plastic that is used already but its from another company and its not been used with shoulder replacments, its being used with this hemcap which only youger guys get

I couldn't find a Dr. who would even suggest that I couldn't work on any & all TVs' & home appliances including Microwave Ovens. This was in July 1992 when I was 60 years old. I am now 82 years of age now & both Medtronic & St. Jude engineering has given their approval to do Light Amperage arc welding & tig-mig. So, I still have lots of work I can still do.
I have learned the hard way that I worked my upper body to a limit causing 5 pacemakers to move & erode, AND only because of my skinny chest not having enough fat & beef to properly house my pacemakers. So now, after all the years I have my 6th pacemaker under my belly muscle with a nice layer of fat above it & no pain, no strain.

you should not have to many issue with your work most PM's work around 450MHz 3GHz you must have a scope to see what frequencies you are dealing with only 2 way radio's should produce out going signals . we do welding and metal fabrication and had to design a vest, do to the magnetic fields and frequencies . it works perfect but is a pain in the butt to wear 8lbs of 1.0 xray vest lead and 3 lb copper fairiday cage not fun but I did not give up on what I like you shouldn't ether

I won't
