Big weight loss & PM removal

I wrote asking if anyone had their PM removed. In my case, I had weight loss surgery. When I was very heavy, my heart had to work HARD to keep all the extra tissue fed. When I lost the weight so quickly, I believe that was the cause of my heart rate lowering to 36BPM. It just didn't have to work so hard, and was in transition. Now, I'm over 160lbs lighter, and my own heart rate is higher than the PM setting (65BPM heart/60PM). I am wondering if my body has adjusted to the weight change, my heart is working more "normally", and, now, is the PM unnecessary?
Anyone have a clue?

I've lost 50 lbs in one year, so I was really happy. My condition will never go away, so I don't know about your situatio. But way to go !!!!!!!!!!!!
