Got Pacemaker Implanted but having allergic cough on and off

Hi,

I got pacemaker implanted in May 2015 however since 10 month suffering from allergic cough. My physician said that it because of the medicine and keeps changing the anti allergy tablets. I did a pacemaker checkup last month and all was normal, not sure what to do but its annoying to have allergic cough. 

Anyone faced such situation in the past or have any suggestion

ACE inhibitors and cough

First thing is to make sure you are not taking an ACE inhibitor: such as ramipril, enalapril, .....pril ending medication.

These drugs are frequently associated with an dry,  tickly, cough
