Five days before my fainting and pm placement the retina specialist noticed a mass in my eye. I have had numerous negative blood tests since and negative brain scan. Getting a Ct scan tomorrow to check for lymphoma or sarcoidosis. Docs are uncertain if there is a connection. Any thoughts out there? It's been a rough few weeks. So much for a happy new year lol

I have a well tuned pacer. I hardly know I have it. I am 76 year old, hike and camp alone in the desert. I have more energy than I have had in a long time. The only problem is my wife wants to have a knob installed so she can turn the pacer down.
Yep, definite connection, best to check it out!

Hi Guitarski...
Your post was a while ago but thought I'd reply. Sarcoidosis can cause eye problems as well as heart conduction issues. I got my PM three years ago for 3d degree heart block. A recent CT scan for another issue showed enlarged mediastinal lymph nodes, which docs think might be lymphoma or sarcoid. All blood tests have been normal, I don't really have much for symptoms other than fatigue and hot flashes (which I thought were hormonal), but the docs want to do an EBUS biopsy of the chest lymph nodes to get some more info. Do you have a conduction issue with your heart?
Would love to hear how you're doing! Hope your 2017 has improved!
Cheers!
