My EF has improved and gone up from 50 to 62.  I had an ablation in November 2016, for severe afib and that greatly reduced the frequency, duration and severity of afib events.  My followup EKG last week showed the wonderful improvement in my ejection fraction.  So, this old lady of 75 feels a real upswing in attitude and outlook. My Sotalol continues to give me problems with low energy but my EP refuses to make any medication changes for now.  I intend to work harder on my physical fitness work outs and am just so greatful for the medical advances made with pacemakers and treatments like ablations.
