pacemaker revision

I received a pacemaker in December 2016. It was 6 pm on a Friday evening. I almost walked out after being delayed 4 hours. I wish I had. On March 11, I went to the ER with chest pressure and difficulty breathing. I was transfered to a larger facility. Three days later I had a pacmaker revision. One of the pacemaker leads had perforated my heart and they removed 600 cc + of blood from the pericadium. I was back in the ER with breathing problems 2 days after discharge with fluid in the lungs. The following day I was back in the ER with a TIA and spent 2 more days in hospital.. I was taking Eliquil but have now been put on Coumadin. Any hints or advice on Coumadin would be much appreciated.

It is just over 10 years since a dual lead device was implanted for complete heart block. It has worked perfectly and I have traveled well near two million miles internationally since then.
