Pacemaker.

I had my pacemaker surgery on 2/27/17. I have been having left arm/ shoulder pain and pain that feels like it's in my heart. I iced pretty consistently after surgery and that helped. Now that i am becoming more active, the pain is getting worse and my left arm gets a pinched nerve feeling. 

Can anyone tell me if they have experienced this while healing? 

I see my surgeon 3/27 and then I supposed to be cleared for work. I'm a licensed Massage Therapist and I'm concerned the pain will only get worse.

I'm almost 2 1/2 years post implant and still have arm/shoulder/rotator cuff discomfort. Asked my EP about it and he said it could be a nerve got hit from IV or bloodwork. Also my entire left arm will go abit purple if I have a hot shower.
