Left brundle Branch Block

Dear Friends, I had a by-pass last October. I just recently found out they messed up in surgery! One of the Grafts, (made from the internal Mammary artery was sewn shut! So basically, it never worked from day One! Two weeks ago, I went to the Hospital with the same symptoms as before the surgery, namely sore shoulders. They tried to clear the Artery , but couldn't. Now they casually mentioned that I have a Left Brundle Branch Block! I never had that before! I had a Right Brundle branch Block before My Pacmaker was installed! What could have caused it? I am wondering what's next? I don't know if I have to have surgery or not! Have any of You ever had this? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks, Pastor Mike

My opinion is that your pace maker will help overcome the electrical issues caused by the bundle branch blocks.
