Stess Test follow-up

For informational purposes I thought I'd provide an update.  Just completed a stress test this morning.  The Boston Sci. tech was in the room to monitor me as well.  The doctor wanted to rule out the pacemaker at being the cause of the v-tach I'm experiencing during exercise.  Their first thoughts were exercise induced RVOT might be my problem.  However, the stress test revealed the pacemaker might actually be the cause afterall.  For some reason the PM was pacing my ventricle when my HR approached the max tracking rate.  Not sure why, but the tech turned that off and everything looked fine afterward.  So now my ventricle is not being paced.   If I continue to have v-tach issues, then it appears the ablation will be next.  He also switched the activity sensor to minute ventilation because I was complaining about the lack of HR variability during exercise (I was always at the max with the accelerometer).  I hope this addresses it all or gets me closer to what things use to be like.

Sounds like maybe they found the problem! Fingers crossed the newest tweaks help.
