Pacemaker mediated tachycardia

Does anybody have any experience with pm mediated tachycardia.  I have a Medtronic Surescan  ICD with pacing (100% paced atrium due to sss and ventrical pacing < 5%--at last interrogation about a month ago).  PM was upgraded about 6 months ago following SCA from vtach/vfib/asystole (only electrical problems, no blockages).  I had a stress test and echo a few weeks ago to evaluate for excessive fluid alert received by EP, indicated from defibrillator, and also comparison of echo since SCA.  Lab work didn't indicate an infection.  The heart failure resolved in about 3 1/2 weeks on its own. A few days ago I had a tilt test to find out why I've had symptomatic blood pressure drops and runs of tachycardia.  The EP saw the tachycardia during the tilt test.  The tilt table was negative.  My EP mentioned to me in the hallway when I was waiting for the elevator that he thinks I have PM mediated tachycardia.  I assume the pm portion of the ICD was set the same as my previous Medtronic dual chamber pm.  I read the symptoms and was surprised to see they met many of my complaints.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Questions to ask EP?
