Leaf blower

Has anyone used a gas powered leaf blower with an ICD?

I have seen posts of PM use but not an ICD.

I have used all types of gas powered tools and including a leaf blower and not had a problem or had my safety turned on. I don't like to use the leaf blower or weedeater as they vibrate my arms to much and make it uncomfortable.
