Medical ID Tag/Bracelets that Attach to Fitbit Charge 2

Howdy.  I've had a PM for 5 weeks and I have been advised to get a Medical ID bracelet.  I wear a Fitbit and wondered if any companies designed tags that just attached to the Fitbit band.  

Does anyone  have a recommendations for a sporty Medical ID for a male?

Any with sports logos?  :)

Road ID has several styles of ID'S and bands as well as an online setup for medical info you maintain. I wear an ID and carry info in my wallet.

I got mine on Amazon in uk but think it was £12 so search around
