Heart Rate

I had pacemaker implanted in December 2016, I had AFib in Sept 2015.  I was diagnosed with sick sinus syndrome.  Also tachy-bradia syndrome.  Pacemaker was originally set at 65 beats, then reduced to 60.  I was okay for first 4 months, I now find that after mild exertion, or no exertion, my pulse rates jumps to 90's then settles back to 60.  Fullness and burning in chest happens then pulse increases.  I have been in an ankle cast for 3 months, I am wondering if it is just from being sedentary.  Have not really been able to do much of anything since October due to knee issues, followed by pacemake and now foot. Thanks.

I am 100% pacemaker dependant and have been all my life. I try not to think about how a little metal box keeps me alive - it would drive me crazy. So I lead a very active life.
