Spasm with slight pain under pacemaker

Hello all, it seems that everyday is a challenge since December when I got my first PM replacement. This morning I noticed a spasm/slight pain under my pacemaker. I tried to recreate the pain but couldn't. It comes and goes and lasts about 10 seconds every few minutes. I'm concerned but feel that going to the ER would be trivial. I don't have any chest pain, shortness of breath. Any ideas?
