Medtronic A2DR01 mode to treat AFib

  I was getting AFib and AFlutter and had a ablation for the AFlutter, which is much easer to treat that the AFib.  The EP said the PM has a mode to treat the AFib that attemps to get the heart out of AFib.  I am trying to learn how that works. I am hoping someone on here that is  knowledgeable on PM modes for the A2DR01  could help with the pros and cons of such treatment modes. Thanks in advance. 

  Also since I had the ablation I have felt much better.

Here is a general explanation of pacemaker modes I found on youtube. I learned a lot from it and someone with a technological brain would probably learn more. :-) I remember it talking about settings to deal with Afib.
