Open wound

Ive been recovering from a PM implant for about 2 weeks now but i was sleeping and wokeup and my wound was bleeding and my cut is kinda open in the middle and i can see the pacemaker barely, i think i pulled the wound apart sleeping maybe? Is this bad?

This is not the time to wait and see. Risk of infection is slight, but if it happens it's very, very serious. Now is the moment to be as assertive as you have ever been. 

If you can't get to the doctor, don't wait. Go to the ER.

Get to the ER. Insist on cultures to be sure there isn't infection. If there is infection, cultures will ensure that you are being treated aggressively with the correct medication.
