Jimmy and his last Beta Blocker! Just thought I share this again with the New Pacers!

A new brake-through was discovered in a small town in South Jersey.

One morning Jimmy woke up and was running late to work. It was his first day at his new job. With his mind set on impressing his boss he decided to wake up alittle early to get a head start. He took his shower and finished dressing up. Soon after dressing up he gathered his things and headed out to work. He got to his car and realized that he forgot to take his beta blocker. He quickly ran back into his house and grabbed the medicine container. He realized there was one pill left and he would take it at a later time. With his mind set on getting to his job, Jimmy pay no attention that his car was low on gas. Jim was about half way from his job and the unthinkable happened, he ran out of gas. His job was too far to walk and there was no gas station in sight. Jimmy was truly upset and feeling like his life had enough problems after just getting a pacemaker two years ago. His heart started racing and he remember he hadn't taken his medicine (Beta Blocker). He got back in his car and with his hopes completely crushed. He opened his container and put his hand out, dropped the one pill he had left into his palm. Right before taken the last pill, Jimmy thought about how much this medicine just made him fart. At this point, Jimmy was frustrated. With the pill still in his hand he got out of his car walked to where the gas cap was and threw his last pill into his gas tank. Jimmy got in his car and after a few cranks the car started right up. I'm happy to report Jimmy made it to his new job and has not paid for gas since that day. He now gets two prescription, one for him and one for his car.

This is a joke for beta blocker users. No one wants to admit to it, but we know this pill can clear a room, QUICK! I hope you like this and please don't put a beta blocker in your gas tank, it doesn't work.....................lol.

If I put my beta blocker in the car, it would go a lot slower!

I am just grateful to God that I lived long enough to have my ICD put in. So many people are not as lucky as us; even though we sometimes don't feel lucky.
