short vt runs and icd.....scared

Hello so I have had my ICD for a yar and a half and am currently on a heart transplant list. My heart has been bugging me latley . A few weeks ago I felt really crappy  and they did a device check and it was a run of a-fibb  of about 6 seconds. This morning I woke up feeling funny and called and they did a device check and it was a 9 second run of vt. I know that is not much but they did up one of my meds (metropolol) .

I am just scared this is all starting up again. I was shocked 43 times in a row a year and a half ago and still cant get over it.

Does this mean it is starting up again and the last ablation didnt work?

I also started on 2 insulins and a oral medication for diabetes type 2.  Could it be that?

I am very paranoid. I also took an extra lasix today because i was having trouble breathing. I dont know what to think I still dont feel well and dont know if I hould go to the ER.

Don't try to self medicate or figure it out, go get professional help.

Yes I took your advice and went to the ER and got admitted. I came out more confused than when I went in. Basically I was told that with the fact alone that I am on a heart transplant list that I will not feel 100%. They put a video on about heart failure that I have seen 100 times. I still am congeted but I can be congested at home . My bloodwork and overnight obervation looked good.The reaing the doctor got from my tranmission at the one hospital was different than when the interogated my pacemaker. One said I had a few runs of VT last month and months before and the other said I had one thurdsay night. I asked the doctor why he had no answer and said the interogation should be accurate. So I feel like they think I am nuts.
