New pm battery

Hi 

just another quick couple of questions 

i had new pm battery yesterday ( third one) (first was 14 years ago and second 8 years ago ) old scar used for this surgery

I had to change the dressing tonight as it was all loose no redness but one end is bruised and had a lump is this normal

Also I could see the heart beats over the wound is this normal 

i was very anxious before surgery all went well but just wondered if anxiety is taking over ?
