ICD replacement

I have a Biotronik ICD, whose battery is nearing end-of-life.  I have never been shocked in 7 years but am paced over 80% of the time. Can I replace the ICD with a pacemaker ( i.e., without the Defibrillator function).  If so, do leads normally have to be removed ( I have 2 ).  Thanks.
