Ice was helpful

I had my pacemaker put in on June 20th. They put it deep into my muscle so I was in a lot on pain. I found great relief with ice. I used it most of the night so I could get much needed rest. During the day, I found that I used an ice pack a good part of the day. I tried not to take much pain medicine, but found Tylenol and ice did the trick. Good luck and it does get easier!❤️

Pain

Yup. I was on extra strength Tylenol for several weeks. It did help some and I weaned off after 8 weeks. Nonetheless, we all have different situations so highly recommend contacting your doctor because pain can be the result of lots of different circumstances.
