new member looking for answears similarities?

I'm almost 68 have exercised everyday walking, and macjines 4 days at PF,to keep sugar lower as I have what I consider is serious diabeties.insulin 2000 mg metformin and 10 glipisde every day,can I still walk use machines.Actually feel as good as I did just beore heart shorted out.

In general, yes...we can walk and use weight machines but you should always double check with your Cardio regarding your particular condition.  If you've been exercising all along with your doctors approval it should be fine.  You should wait at least 6 weeks before raising your arm on the PM side over your head until the leads (wires) settle in.
