Winter is coming .... Snow Blower
Got Sparky on May 27th for 3rd degree heart block... 31 second heart stop.
I'm 73 and in relatively good condition, just some PVC's while slowing down, mostly before going to sleep.
My wife is concerned about using the snow blower because of the the effort and shaking of the machine.
I said I would ask my friends here for their thoughts.
What do you think?

I have convinced my wife that , because I have a pacemaker, I can no longer paint, decorate, mow the lawn, do the ironing or empty the dish washer.
Snowblowing sounds too dangerous to me !

My pacemaker was installed in 1998 and I have not felt better. The mental part is the toughest.
you could milk it

If you want to get out of snowblowing, you could milk it, but really, as long as you are healed enough to feel up to it, it's fine. If they have rate response turned on, it's possible the vibration might trick the pacer into thinking you are exercising and raise your rate, but that's about it. Most of us don't use rr with av block so it's not an issue.
