High Blood Pressure after Pacemaker

Recent Medtronic Advisa DR MRI SureScan 2 months ago; high blood pressure prior to PM 160/88 range mitigated to 130/80 range by 160mg Valsatran+ 25mg Furosemide / now Blood Pressure 190+/105+ mitigated to 160/88+ with increased meds 320 valsartan=40mg Furosemite+ 50mg x3dy Hydralazine. Noted other postings where blood pressure increased after PM.. Had extensive burising and bleeding for 3+ weeks after PM procedure Doc said no problem normal, but friends with PM's said only mild bruiseng gone in 1 week. Doc gave me hand written note to contact him when BP over 140 systolic advised Doc over 140 systolic, meds increased as above pressure with increased meds as high as 212/115 have contacted Doc but no response. Thoughts, experiences, comments etc. will be appreciated.
