Questionnaire for all pacemaker patients

Hi all. Our questionnaire is finally done. I hope you will take 10 mins to answer it, so that we may use the data for our development of our mockup (product). Have you experienced difficulties with this questionnaire or previous ones? 

Coz you should be protected from virus' through the website you will enter and the questionnaire is only availible for viewing by the ones who created it (I and my cocreator are the only ones who can review your answers) We have accessed it through protection from our schools system? 

If this isnt what you meant I am sorry, but then i dont follow?
