Pain

I am almost post 3 weeks from the implant of my dual chamber pacemaker.   My incision has healed well.  My question is about left arm pain.   Sometimes it feels like I’m having horrible muscle spasms in my left armpit.  Is this normal?  Any tips on pain relief??

Don't go crazy, don't lift it high, but other than that it's important to try to use the arm as much as possible so it doesn't freeze. I found ice helped.
