Swelling in left foot

I had a pacemaker put in three weeks ago and I have had some swelling in my left foot it doesn't have the symptoms of a blood clot the swelling seems worse at the end of the day they tell me that this will get better with time. But I don't know? Any one else ever had this problem?

How is your breathing? Do you know if you have CHF? As Robin said, watch your sodium intake carefully and water, don't dring too much water as that could be bad for you also. Hope you feel better soon

My breathing is fine I'm actually in pretty good shape when I get out of bed in the morning it tens to swell worse by the end of the day.
