You know you're wired when...
Youre officially battery-operated.

This is my second Christmas with my pacemaker and I am so happy to be with my family.

As you know there are electrical problems of the heart and also plumbing problems . The two are not related in any way. You have a pacemaker to sort out your electrical problem,
Voltaren is a trade name for diclofenac which is an NSAID ( non-steroidal anti inflammatory ))
It has been known for quite a few years that all NSAIDs , ibuprofen, diclofenac, naproxen etc can increase the likelihood of cardiac plumbing incidents e;g heart attacks but only if you take them in high doses over prolonged periods of time.
You don't say why you are taking Voltaren and at what dosage but the fact that you have a pacemaker is irrelevant . It is perfectly safe to take with a PM. Because of the other cardiac risks though I would think twice about taking it regularly at high doses for long periods if I had blocked arteries or other plumbing problams as well.
But with a pacemaker , short courses of diclofenac at moderate dosage should give you pain relief without any problems .
