Have acclimated fairly well to the PM (St Jude) in nine weeks. Inserted for afib so I could tolerate medication, but asthma ruled out meds. Had ablation three weeks ago. Just did a half mile uphill walk requiring me to stop numerous times with lightheadedness. Had PM tuned and all is well on the flat. Anyone have anything similar?

I have remained active and often walk 3-4 miles, but mostly on the flat. This lightheaded feeling is different feeling than the out of shape feeling.
