PVC's

I have talked with someone on this message board and would like to hear from others. I am suffering (since I had a revision done on the atrial leads - yes I have two leads now in the atrium) from such a high number of pvc's. They were documented on an event recorder so I know what they are. I feel every single one of them and have been told by my EP they are harmless.  I know some have tried various diets as well as vitamins to lessen or put an end to these.

Does anyone have any advice? Has anyone tried Magnesium along with Taurine and L-Arginine? I have read where that combination has worked wonders for some.

Currently using magnesium which is making no difference.

Again - any advice would be deeply appreciated.

PVC’s

I take a product called Heartcalm. It is a combination magnesium, taurine... supplement made by https://vitalbiologics.com/products/heart-calm. I only take 1 capsule daily. If I feel more Pvc’s on a certain day I will take an additional taurine 1000mg. So far, it seems to be helping decrease the frequency of Pvc’s.  Of course, my cardiologist is aware of the supplements that I have added to my diet

pvcs

I'm also plagued with pvcs, with about 40% pvcs on a recent 30-day event recorder.  I thave been taking SlowMag 2x/day for probably about 5 years.

My EP told me they would be near impossible to ablate as they are multi focal, coming from different places.  Anaesthesia supresses pvcs, so an ablation would have to be done without anaesthesia.  I've had other ablations without anaesthesia probably 10-15 years ago and I would rather try and live with the pvcs at this point.

My EP worries they could trigger vtach, but so far so good.
