Looking to move more or eat better in 2018?

Want to join me on a Whole Life Challenge? 

It starts Jan 20 and goes for 6 weeks. You track different lifestyle habits- nutrition, activity, mobility, sleep, hydration. I've done it before and it's a great way to get back on track after derailing during the holidays. Most lose weight but that isn't the primary goal.
