Can an experienced Old Hat help me with some Answers

Stage 3 Block - Medtronic Dual Pacer installed in March 2017 - works very well, but i am also very lethargic most of the time, tend to get dizzy and have left side aches that feellike stitches (when you used to run at school) - i know most of this is probably normal, but do most people feel glitches from time to tome (no real pain) - and do people get dizzy. Im also concerned taht i am constantly out of breath - ive tried a treadmill but cant manage more than a couple of minutes heavy walking - do i just persevere or when do you knwo to go back to the Cardiologist (Im in South Africa, and every vidit costs US$ 500 or more!!!) - when is it hypochondria and when is it concern - thanks

not hypochondria

Being dizzy and short of breath all the time is not at all normal. It could be that the settings need adjusted, it could be that something else is going on.

The tightness and shooting pains are normal as things heal. Stretch and work through it. Ice if you overdo it. Not moving is the worst thing you can do, just makes things more stiff.

Finding a doctor

With a cardiologist visit costing $500 I can see why you would hesitate, but dizzy and short of breath aren't normal. They also aren't caused solely by heart conditions.

Is there a local general practitioner you could go to, for less expense, to get some advice about  how to proceed?
