Anyone else with Peripartum Cardiomyopathy?

Hello! 

I'm 26 years old with heart failure that I developed during my 3rd trimester of my first pregnancy. I wanted to see if there was anyone else raising a new baby while simultaneously dealing with heart failure and a pacemaker like I am. It would be great to see how you're coping because I feel major anxiety over the future.
