Pain and PM moved

I have had my Pacemaker since 2011 first it took a year for the site to heal then I have had pain and shocks since getting my PM. Talked to my Dr all I was told is that my Pacemaker can't shock me and that it is working fine. No one will tell me why I have this pain they finally change my pace to 90 and said they will set it to 110 soon but still no relief of this shocks and pain anyone else have this problem, plus now my PM is moving but they say that's ok to it happens sometimes

I agree completely. It's time to go somewhere else.

If the doc you've been going to hasn't figured out how to help by now, they are probably not going to. To keep going back doesn't make sense.

Doesn't mean they are bad doctors. Nobody knows everything. But your problem isn't a standard complication that lots of people run into. If it were, your doctor would have already figured out how to help you. You need to go somewhere where more unusual conditions are seen.

Even if you have to travel, consider going to a major teaching hospital associated with a medical school. If you ask, your doctor will probably be happy to advise you about where to go and give you a referral.

Long enough

It's been around 7 years.  You deserve better.  The #1 heart hospital is the Cleveland Clinic.  Unless I can't gt thete that's where I will go from now on.  If you can go there please go.  If they can't help you no one can.  And I'm sure they can help you.

Best wishes
