Golf

anyone have a recommend about how long I should wait before returning to playing golf after the pacer placement? I’m 76.

Hi Teddy .. I wouldn't wait too long in case you don't make it to 77  !

Seriously though , I was ready to go out  at 8 weeks after implant when I played 18 holes moreorless normally using a full swing. Some Drs are over-cautious and suggest waiting up to 3 months. I suspect though  that they don't have any evidence to back up their recommendations.

At 6 and 7 weeks I did have a couple of cautious attempts ,playing a few holes with at best a half-swing but didn't feel quite ready. I guess we are all different,

Just think how good your putting and chipping will be with all that practice !
