I wouldn't panic yet

I don't claim any expertise, but sometimes people don't feel A-Fib. If the episodes are infrequent, you could have been having them for years and never known.

You'll want to talk to your doctor to see how significant she/he thinks the A-Fib is, and what, if any, treatment is in order, but I really don't think it's time to panic.

Don't worry

I agree, there is no need to worry about a few seconds or even minutes of AFib. This is very common.

If you start to get symptoms with AFib  in the future, or the episodes become longer then you may need medication to slow your heart rate so that there's less risk of developing heart failure in the future. Your Dr may also discuss whether you need to take an anticoagulant (stroke preventer medication). This would also depend on your age and whether you have other risk factors for a stroke.
