ICD has moved

Hello everyone,

I received my ICD/pacemaker after I had multiple episodes of heart block, low HR and the diagnosis of Brugada - rare genetic condition associated with VT and sudden cardiac death. I’m much better now, and have had my ICD for 9 months now, however over the past few weeks I have noticed that my ICD has moved lower, closer to my armpit almost in my breast. It also moves noticeably with exercise along with some pain, it feels like sore muscles in that area. Should I call my MD or just bring it up next time in the device clinic (in June)?

I am 100% pacemaker dependant and have been all my life. I try not to think about how a little metal box keeps me alive - it would drive me crazy. So I lead a very active life.
